In combination with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we want to advise our customer about the following:

As a consumer can you return free of charge batteries from the product range and in the outlet of each dealer's or return it to the shipping address of each dealer. You can also return the batteries and rechargeable batteries to a municipal collection center or to your local shop anywhere (there, where batteries are sold). If you wish to return your batteries to us, please send them postpaid to Dieter Hawelky, Nonnenstrasse 6, 02826 Görlitz, Germany.

In addition, you are legally obliged to return batteries.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing pollutants which exceed the legal limits according to § 17 paragraph 3 BattG are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash and the chemical symbol of the pollutant (eg, "Cd" für Cadmium, "Pb" for lead, " Hg "for mercury).

As adequate labeling must be performed by the manufacturer when the following limits are exceeded:

• Hg = mercury > 0.0005 mass percent
• Cd = cadmium > 0.002 mass percent
• Pb = lead > 0.004 mass percent
